Do I need an appointment?
No, but a call helps us check technician availability and parts before you arrive.
How much does diagnostics cost?
Standard diagnostics costs €20. We confirm any different conditions before starting.
Will I know the price in advance?
Yes. We explain the fault, price and estimated time before the repair.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 6-month warranty for completed work and up to 24 months for new parts.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is not required, but we recommend calling before you visit. We can check technician availability, likely parts availability and the estimated turnaround time.
When will I know the final price?
We confirm the scope and final price after an initial inspection or diagnostics. We do not carry out additional work without your approval.
Are parts included in the listed price?
Where a price is marked as labour or with an asterisk, parts and materials are charged separately. We confirm the total before starting the repair.
How long does a repair take?
Many common jobs are completed the same day. Complex diagnostics, board repair or ordered parts can take longer, and we inform you before proceeding.
Should I back up my files before repair?
If the device still works, back up important files. We do not erase data without agreement, but a failing storage device can behave unpredictably.
Can I send the device by courier?
Yes. Contact us before shipping and pack the device securely. Shipping and return arrangements are agreed individually.
