We carry out a technical device inspection and prepare a clear defect report for insurance. The document describes the detected faults, their likely cause and available repair options.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00Sat 11:00–16:00

usually within 45 minutes
Contact your insurer to check your policy requirements. This is an information directory, not a statement of partnership. Your insurer decides whether to accept the report and pay compensation.
Tell us your computer model and requirements. We agree the price and timeframe before starting.
We inspect the device and identify visible faults and issues that can be confirmed during diagnostics. If disassembly or additional diagnostics are required to determine the cause, we explain this in advance.
The document identifies the device, the diagnosed fault and technical information relevant to assessing the repair or damage.
When this can be determined after diagnostics, we provide information about the possible repair and an estimated cost. If repair is not economically reasonable, this can also be stated in the document.
The report is prepared for submission to an insurance company. If your insurer requires a particular form or additional information, we recommend sending those requirements before your visit.
We record the inspected computer model, identified faults, inspection findings, repair options and estimate. Any possible cause is stated only to the extent supported by the inspection evidence.
Bring the computer and charger, explain the incident and provide a claim number if available and the insurer’s document requirements. Check whether insurer approval is required before repairs.
If computer diagnostics has already been completed and paid for at our service centre, you pay only €30 for the insurance defect report. If diagnostics has not yet been performed, diagnostics and the report cost €50 in total (€20 diagnostics + €30 report). Repairs are not included.
