This service is for companies needing help with one or more laptops, desktop PCs or Apple computers. Contact us about a particular fault, setting up a new workstation, or planned maintenance. We first understand your needs rather than offering the same solution to every business.
HOW WE HELP
From everyday issues to workshop repairs
We choose a suitable support method based on the fault, the condition of the equipment and the number of workstations affected.
Fault diagnostics
If a computer will not start, freezes, restarts or behaves unpredictably, we investigate the likely cause, explain repair options and prepare an estimate. Let us know when other employees depend on the affected equipment.
We prepare computers for employees, install Windows or macOS, required drivers and agreed software. Licence requirements and costs are discussed separately: an installation service does not itself provide software licences.
We visit offices in Vilnius and the surrounding district to check equipment, set up workstations or connect devices. Before travelling, we agree the address, appointment time, call-out charge and planned work.
We service cooling systems, replace faulty components and assess SSD and RAM upgrade options. Data migration and compatibility are discussed before work begins. Complex electronic repairs are carried out in our workshop.
We connect printers, monitors and other computer accessories and check drivers and connection settings. This service covers connection and configuration only — we do not carry out printer hardware repairs.
The scope depends on your company’s needs. A long-term contract is not required for a one-off repair.
One-off assistance
Contact us about a specific computer, application or connection issue. We agree the task, price and timing, carry out the work and test the result.
Scheduled maintenance
We can discuss periodic checks and preventive work. The equipment list, frequency, responsibilities, charges and response arrangements are agreed individually.
Multiple workstations
When upgrading or servicing several computers, we plan the work in stages with your designated contact. Together, we decide which devices need attention first and when they can be made available.
THE PROCESS
From your first request to a tested result
One request and a clearly agreed scope of work. Additional tasks and parts are discussed separately.
Tell us what you need
Provide the company name, contact person, number of devices, problem and preferred timing. Calling is best if work has stopped urgently.
We provide assistance at your office or our workshop. We agree on the scope, price and timing in advance.
Complete the agreed work
We explain any faults found. If extra parts are needed or the timeframe changes, we contact you before proceeding with additional work.
Test and hand over
We test the functions relevant to the task, explain the work completed and issue a VAT invoice. Any further recommendations are based on the particular equipment.
COSTS AND ARRANGEMENTS
No unexpected work or unclear terms
Pricing by task
The cost depends on the number of devices, type of fault, required work and support method. Labour, parts, licences and any technician visit are discussed separately. The general price list is a guide; we confirm the estimate for your task before starting.
Timeframes confirmed in advance
Please enquire about turnaround time. We agree it based on the scope of work, number of devices and availability, and confirm appointment times in advance.
Invoices and payment
We issue VAT invoices to businesses. Supply your company billing details before the documents are prepared. Payment method and due date are agreed when ordering; bank details are shown at the bottom of the website.
Warranty for completed work
Completed work has a 6-month workmanship warranty subject to the warranty terms. This covers the work performed, not every other component or unrelated fault that may arise in the future.
Access to company computers is agreed with the authorised contact. Do not enter passwords or online banking credentials in the contact form — any necessary access arrangements are discussed separately.
We do not erase customer data by default. Migration, copying or other handling of data takes place as part of an agreed task. We do not deliberately inspect files unrelated to the repair.
When acting as a personal data processor on your company’s behalf, processing instructions and conditions are set out in a separate agreement. Our privacy policy explains data handling in more detail.
Company name and a phone number or email for the responsible contact.
Number of computers, their types and models, where known.
What is not working and how it affects your business.
We provide assistance at your office or our workshop. We agree on the scope, price and timing in advance.
You do not need to know the technical cause — a description of the symptoms is enough. If an urgent fault has stopped work, call so we can discuss the available options straight away.
No. You can book one-off assistance. For periodic maintenance, we separately agree the equipment list, scope, frequency and price.
Can you service several computers?
Yes. Tell us the number of workstations and the most important tasks. We agree priorities and appointment or handover times with your designated contact.
How soon can a business get help?
Please enquire about turnaround time. We agree it based on the scope of work, number of devices and availability, and confirm appointment times in advance.
Do you repair office printers?
We connect printers, install drivers and check settings. We do not perform printer hardware repairs.
Are parts and licences included in the price?
Labour, parts, licences and any call-out charge are discussed for the particular task. We do not carry out additional work without approval from the responsible contact.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Provide your company billing details; payment arrangements are agreed when ordering.
How do you handle company data?
We use access only for the agreed task and do not erase data without agreement. Where we act as a data processor, the conditions are set out separately. Do not send passwords through the general request form.
What warranty covers your work?
Completed work has a 6-month workmanship warranty under the terms published on the website. New issues unrelated to the work performed are assessed separately.
