How to prepare for a technician visit?

Briefly describe the problem

When arranging the visit, tell us the computer type or model and what is not working. This helps the technician anticipate which tools or materials may be required.

Provide access to related equipment

If the issue involves the internet connection, a printer or another device, please make the related equipment, power supplies and, where relevant, the router accessible.

When workshop repair is more appropriate

Soldering, complex motherboard repair, screen or casing replacement and some other hardware work cannot be properly completed on site. In such cases, we explain the situation and agree on bringing the device to our workshop at Savanorių pr. 40.

Cost of additional work

The call-out charge and on-site labour depend on the visit and the issue. If additional work or parts are required, we agree the cost before continuing the repair.

What to know before repair

Computer help at home or office

Before we start: Before repair, we assess both the visible fault and possible related causes.
Before the visit, briefly describe the problem and equipment to be checked. This helps the technician bring suitable tools and assess whether the job can be completed on site.
Tell us the exact model: If possible, send us the device model and a short description of the fault. This helps us estimate likely parts, price and turnaround time in advance.
We agree the price before work: We first assess the fault and scope of work. If parts or additional work are required, we confirm the cost with you before starting the repair.
Your important data: We do not erase customer files by default. We test after the repair: After the work is complete, we test the functions related to the repair. Our work normally carries a 6-month warranty; new parts are covered according to supplier terms. After the work: After the work, we test the functions related to the repair and the device operation. If we find a separate fault outside the requested service, we report it separately.

Do I need to book a home or office visit?

Yes. Please call or message first to arrange a technician visit. You can visit our workshop at Savanorių pr. 40 during opening hours without an appointment.

What can be done at home or in the office?

We can diagnose some computer faults, address software problems, check connection settings and connect monitors, printers and other accessories. What is possible depends on the issue; we do not perform printer hardware repairs.

What if the device needs workshop repair?

Complex soldering and circuit-board repairs require workshop equipment. We explain the situation and arrange handover for repair only after agreeing it with you.

Do you support businesses?

Yes. We visit offices, help with multiple workstations and issue VAT invoices. Scope, timing and costs are agreed with the responsible employee.

Do you guarantee a fix in a single visit?

Not every fault can be repaired on site or during one visit. We assess the options beforehand and explain if parts or workshop repairs are needed. Completed work has a 6-month warranty under our warranty terms.
