We connect a working printer to a laptop or desktop using the connections supported by its model. We install compatible drivers, check connectivity and run a test print.
Home and office setup
We configure the default printer, check the print queue and assess sharing between computers. Support for HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung and other brands depends on the exact model and operating system.
Printer not found or offline
We check the cable, connection, device status and software settings. An offline message does not necessarily mean hardware failure. We do not provide mechanical or electronic printer repairs.
