Data transfer

• We transfer accessible documents, photos, videos, music and other personal files from an old computer to a new one, external HDD/SSD or USB stick. The source drive must be healthy and files accessible.
• We agree on Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Downloads and any other requested folders. For multiple user accounts, specify which files are needed. Work depends on file count and drive speed as well as total size.
• Transfers between Windows and macOS are possible subject to compatibility and access. Some files need suitable software to open on the destination. Installed applications, licences, system settings and sign-in sessions are not included.
• We check free space and compatibility of the destination drive. We do not format it or overwrite existing files without agreement. If capacity is insufficient, we discuss another option before work.
• We copy files and retain the originals by default. We check the agreed folders and open selected files after transfer. Review your important files on collection and keep the source copy until you have checked them.
• Labour costs €10–40. We agree the price after assessing data size, file count and storage speed. The service is completed the same day; the precise timing for larger transfers is confirmed before work.
• This is not full disk cloning or deleted file recovery. We do not recover data from damaged or failed SSDs/HDDs. Accidentally deleted files on healthy storage are assessed as a separate service.
• Bring both computers or the source computer and external drive to Savanorių pr. 40, Vilnius. Provide access to protected files in person; do not send passwords through the public enquiry form. Cloud-only files are discussed separately.
