Deleted file recovery
What this service covers
Accidentally deleted photos, documents, videos and other files on a healthy, recognised drive. This is a limited software recovery service for user-deleted files.
After emptying the recycle bin
We assess whether deleted content remains available. Finding a file name does not mean its contents can be fully recovered.
What we do not offer
We do not recover data from physically or electronically damaged, faulty or unrecognised SSDs and HDDs. We do not perform laboratory drive repair, chip reading or mechanical parts replacement for recovery. Corrupted-file recovery and recovery after formatting are outside this service.
What to do after deletion
Stop using the affected drive. Do not save new files, install recovery software on it or reinstall the system. Check the recycle bin and existing backups. Tell us what was deleted and whether the drive has been used since.
Our process
We clarify the circumstances and scope, agree on the work, run a software search and assess recovered files. Results are saved to another agreed storage device, not the location they were deleted from.
