How do we select the part?
We check battery and laptop codes, voltage, Wh capacity, dimensions, connector and fixings. Different generations of ASUS VivoBook, Dell Latitude, HP ProBook or Lenovo ThinkPad may use different batteries. Higher capacity requires confirmed compatibility.
Original or compatible?
An original part and a reputable third-party battery can differ in cost and availability. We identify which option is offered and do not describe compatible parts as original. The lowest price does not guarantee capacity or quality.
How replacement works
We shut down, disconnect power and open the case as required. We release the fixings, disconnect the battery, fit the replacement and reassemble. External batteries need less disassembly; bonded or less accessible parts take longer.
What does €20–40 include?
Battery replacement, reassembly and charging and operation checks. The battery is separate. Charging-port, board or distorted-case repairs are not automatically included. Additional faults and work are agreed separately.
How long will a charge last?
Runtime depends on Wh capacity, processor and graphics load, screen brightness and software. A gaming laptop may drain faster even with a larger battery. We do not promise the same runtime for every model.
Timing and final checks

Does running only on mains mean I need a battery?
Often, but we first check the battery and power supply. This symptom alone does not confirm the exact fault.
Is the battery included?
