How to identify your MacBook
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac and note the model, year and processor. If the laptop does not start, send a photo of the A‑number on the bottom case. One A‑number can cover several revisions, so we also check exact compatibility.
When should the battery be replaced?
Contact us if runtime has dropped noticeably, the laptop shuts down with charge remaining or macOS recommends service. Cycle count alone is not a diagnosis. If the case is bulging or the trackpad is lifting, stop using and charging the laptop and contact us about bringing it in safely.

How long does replacement take?
If the required part is in stock, replacement work usually takes up to 2 hours. We confirm the turnaround after checking the model, fault and battery availability. If a part must be ordered, we discuss delivery time separately.
Must I replace the battery after 1000 cycles?
Cycle count alone does not determine replacement. We assess capacity, condition and actual symptoms. Cycle limits depend on the model.
What should I do if the battery is swollen?
Stop using and charging the laptop. Do not press on the case or puncture the battery. Contact us about bringing it in safely.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk in at Savanorių pr. 40, Vilnius: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 11:00–16:00. You can check battery availability beforehand.
What warranty do you offer, and will my data be kept?
Completed work carries a 6-month warranty. We do not delete customer files by default. We recommend backing up important data before repair.
