We replace the faulty keyboard when its mountings and the upper case remain suitable for reuse. A damaged individual key or mechanism is assessed separately; a complete keyboard replacement is not always necessary.

How do we select the right keyboard?
Send the A-number, year and processor along with a photograph of the existing keyboard. A model name alone may not be enough. ANSI and ISO differ in key shape and case openings as well as labels, so changing the physical layout requires a separate compatibility check.
When does a keyboard need repair?
Contact us if keys stop responding, stick or produce several characters per press. We check the mechanism, electronics and settings. After a liquid spill, switch off and disconnect the charger: replacing the keyboard alone does not address possible logic-board damage.

MacBook keyboard questions
Is the keyboard included in the price?
Yes. Ranges include a new compatible keyboard and replacement labour. A top case, separate additional components and other fault repairs are quoted separately.
Can you replace a single key?
Sometimes, if only the keycap or a replaceable mechanism is damaged and the mountings and electronics are serviceable. We assess feasibility and price after inspection.
Can I change the keyboard language?
We discuss your preferred layout before ordering. ANSI and ISO physically differ, so not every layout fits the existing case.
Are Touch ID and Touch Bar included?
No. They are separate components assessed individually. Keyboard replacement does not include repairing Touch ID or Touch Bar.
How long does repair take?
If the required part is in stock, replacement work usually takes up to 4 hours. We confirm turnaround after checking the fault and part availability. Delivery of an ordered keyboard depends on its model and layout.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk in at Savanorių pr. 40, Vilnius: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 11:00–16:00. You can check part availability beforehand.
What warranty do you offer, and will my data be kept?
Completed work carries a 6-month warranty. We do not delete customer files by default. We recommend backing up important data before repair.
