Applications for work, study and everyday use
We install office software, browsers, PDF readers, archive utilities, video calling apps, antivirus software and other compatible applications. Examples include Microsoft 365 / Office, LibreOffice, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Zoom and VLC, subject to the publisher’s terms.
Our installation process
We confirm the applications and functions required, check system compatibility and storage space, and use an official source or your legally supplied installation package. We then test startup and the agreed basic functions.
Licences and accounts
€10–30 covers labour. A paid application requires an existing licence or a separately purchased subscription. You sign in and confirm access to your account when required. We do not bypass licensing protections; a suitable free alternative may be available.
What the price includes
Installation of the agreed applications, basic setup and functional checks. This is not an unlimited application package. We confirm the total against your list before starting. Complex business system configuration, data migration and Windows recovery are quoted separately.
Installation errors
We assess compatibility, the error and possible conflicts with an earlier version. If wider Windows repairs or a hardware upgrade are needed, we explain the options first. When replacing an application version, we agree how its data and settings will be preserved.
What to bring and turnaround
Bring the computer, power adapter, application list and licence information. Make sure you can access any required account. Work is usually completed the same day; large downloads or compatibility issues may take longer.

Is an Office licence included?
No. €10–30 is the installation labour price. Licences and subscriptions are separate.
Do you install free applications?
Yes, suitable applications from official sources.
Is the price per application?
It covers the agreed scope. We confirm application count, setup requirements and the total first.
Can you help with installation errors?
Yes. If a separate system repair is needed, we agree its scope and price beforehand.
Will my files remain?
Normal installation does not require deleting personal files. When replacing a version, we discuss application data and settings beforehand.
Do you configure business software?
Basic setup is subject to compatibility. Databases, servers, integrations and complex configuration are quoted separately.
Are drivers included?
Driver installation is a separate service. We agree the combined price if needed.
How long does it take?
Usually the same day. We confirm the timeframe after checking the applications and computer.
