Can an HDD be replaced with an SSD?
In many cases, yes. We first check the computer model, connector and available space, then select a compatible drive.
What SSD capacity should I choose?
We consider the space used by your files and programs and the extra capacity you need. We suggest an option for your workloads and budget.
Does Windows have to be reinstalled?
Not always. If the old drive and system are suitable for cloning, we can discuss migration. Clean installation costs and licence requirements are agreed separately when needed.
Can I bring my own SSD or HDD?
Yes. We check compatibility before installation. If you have not bought it yet, send us the computer and proposed drive models first.
Can you transfer data from a faulty drive?
This depends on the fault and drive condition. Data recovery is a separate service; we assess feasibility and price after inspection. Recovery is not guaranteed.
What warranty is provided?
Replacement work carries a 6-month warranty. Drive warranty terms are stated separately; this is not a guarantee against data loss.
