Labour includes opening and cleaning the cooling system, replacing thermal paste and checking temperatures. Thermal paste, phase-change material and thermal pads are charged separately; we agree the required materials and their cost before starting.

THERMAL INTERFACES
Quality materials selected for the computer model
We use high-quality thermal paste suited to the processor and cooling-system design. Where required by the manufacturer or the design of a particular model, we use a phase-change thermal interface material. Worn, hardened or damaged thermal pads are replaced with new pads of the correct thickness to maintain proper contact and efficient heat transfer.
When might the heatsink need replacing?
If inspection shows that the laptop heatsink is not transferring heat effectively, we will recommend replacing it. Heatsink replacement is not included in the cleaning and thermal paste service: we agree the part and additional labour costs with you before replacing it.

What to know before repair
Cooling system cleaning
- Before we start: We assess fans, heatsinks, thermal paste, thermal pads and temperatures.
- If the computer overheats, becomes noisy or shuts down, tell us when it happens—at idle, during games or in a specific application. This helps us test the result more accurately.
- Tell us the exact model: If possible, send us the device model and a short description of the fault. This helps us estimate likely parts, price and turnaround time in advance.
- We agree the price before work: We first assess the fault and scope of work. If parts or additional work are required, we confirm the cost with you before starting the repair.
- Your important data: We do not erase customer files by default. We test after the repair: After the work is complete, we test the functions related to the repair. Our work normally carries a 6-month warranty; new parts are covered according to supplier terms. After the work: After the work, we test the functions related to the repair and the device operation. If we find a separate fault outside the requested service, we report it separately.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Visit us at Savanorių pr. 40 without an appointment during opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 11:00–16:00. You do not need to call before coming.
How much does diagnostics cost?
Standard diagnostics costs €20. We confirm any different conditions before starting.
Will I know the price in advance?

What warranty do you provide?

Will the data on my device be preserved?
Yes. By default, we do not erase customer data and make every reasonable effort to preserve it. We erase data only at your explicit request or with your consent when necessary for the work. We recommend backing up important files before repair.

We confirm the scope and final price after an initial inspection or diagnostics. We do not carry out additional work without your approval.
Are parts included in the listed price?
Where a price is marked as labour only, parts and materials are charged separately. We confirm the total before starting the repair.
